Dark thoughts is a heritage project highlighting the work of black intellectuals. Therapeutic productions has worked with over 50 artists to create work inspired by the life of abolitionist Ottobah Cugano a former slave who became one of the first published writers of African descent in Britian and a philosopher who campaigned to end slavery. In these rooms you will find music, paintings, digital designs and dramatisations inspired by black history and his life.
